What is a vCIO?  A Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) is the person who is both familiar with your business processes as well as the current technology you are using, yet it not a dedicated full-time resource.  Our vCIO works with the senior executives, managers, and technology staff (if applicable) to align with strategic planning and budget preparation.

We utilize a phased approach to strategic planning; this process generally applies to organizations of all sizes and can easily be scaled to meet the needs even the most complex organization.

The strategic planning process includes:

• Identifying your corporate vision and future roadmap for business growth.
• Reverse engineering the long term vision to create the short term action plan.
• Identifying specific approaches or strategies that must be implemented to reach each goal – create an operational plan that begins to address the short term action items.
• Review the progress and direction of the operational planning and adjust as necessary to ensure infrastructure changes are always in line with the corporate goals and objectives.
